Professional cleaners attending Prochem Europe training courses can now take entry exams to join the National Carpet Cleaners’ Association (NCCA) at the same time.
The NCCA serves to promote best practice among its members in the delivery of high-quality carpet, upholstery and floor care services as well as safeguard customers’ interests.
Says Prochem Sales Manager Phil Jones:
“Prochem has been supportive of and worked closely with the NCCA for many years now so we are delighted and honoured to have our training facility appointed as an official test location for cleaners wishing to join the association.”
The partnership means that candidates wishing to take the NCCA entry exam can do so by attending a Prochem One or Two-day carpet courses and it’s One-day upholstery course.
An examination pass to the NCCA’s standard allows candidates to apply for membership of the Association.
A multiple-choice exam covering carpet, upholstery and basic stain removal, the 90-minute session costs £30 (inc. VAT) and can be arranged and paid for when booking the Prochem training courses.
Examination papers are sent securely for marking to the NCCA which advises candidates directly if successful.
