Bespoke team training delivers what you need, to who needs it: as SafeGroup Services discovered recently on a visit to Prochem’s Training Academy.
SafeGroup Services is one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist cleaning services and its team came to Prochem to enhance existing skills by attending a 1-day hard-floor cleaning & maintenance session just for them.
Already proficient with bio-hazard cleaning, fire and flood cleans, waste removal and pest control, Managing Director Adam Wilkinson was now investing in his team’s knowledge of all types of hard flooring.
SafeGroup’s teams are mobile nationwide and service a wide range of sites spanning the healthcare, hospitality, FM, manufacturing, retail and transport sectors.
With this in mind, Prochem designed a course focusing on their individual requirements such as the identification of the various types of flooring in the market: how to clean kitchen floors; gym shower and toilet flooring as well as how to seal, polish and strip different floors.
Adam Wilkinson commented:
