The UK arm of Netherlands-based international facilities provider Facilicom Services Group has resolved demand for effective deep cleaning of commercial building carpets with the procurement of three Prochem SX9000 Endeavor extractors for client sites in Birmingham, Bournemouth and London.

With over 2500 personnel, Facilcom’s Kent-based UK business operates in a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, food production, retail, housing associations, shopping centres, sports stadia and blue chip commercial.

Already providing weekday cleaning to the two sites, Facilicom took on carpet cleaning duties in January of this year. The company said that using the Endeavor enabled the provision of an all round better service to the client. With most of the cleaning staff now fully trained in its use, operatives share weekend shifts to clean 13 floors across two buildings, twice a year.

Recently-upgraded, the Endeavor is packed with a host of features to give power, performance and convenience. Latest specifications include dual 6.6″ high performance, low noise vacuum motors, handle- mounted wheels for easy vehicle loading, top front mounted controls and new front mounted wand stowage.

The Endeavor also features a new 220 psi diaphragm pump and a slide-in version of Prochem’s advanced Heat ‘n’ Run in-line stainless steel heat exchanger. Complete with hoses and 2-jet Glidemaster stainless steel wand fitted with Teflon wand glide, this package met Facilicom’s needs to a tee.
