A Prochem Steempro goes through its paces at Cotton & Sons
Cleaning professionals across Wales got further insight into the Prochem systems approach to cleaning at a specially convened Training Day at one of its leading South Wales distributors.
“I wanted to get some quality training expertise for some of our premier customers, to which Prochem happily agreed,” explains Sean Cotton, sales manager of Swansea-based family company, Cotton & Sons.
Sean had specially invited some clients to attend his warehouse’s dedicated training rooms where they learned the benefits of understanding chemical use from Prochem trainers and get familiarised with the company’s product solutions.
The day also encompassed topics such as how to identify carpet types and fibres and learn about detailed stain removal techniques, rounded off with a hands-on session using latest carpet care technology including the Floor Pro rotary, the TM4 dry compound machine and the Steempro extraction cleaning system.
All delegates attending received an information booklet on the subjects taught for future reference, a voucher offering discounts on any further Prochem training courses, as well as a chemical sample kit.
