During a recent visit to Prague, Prochem Sales Director Phil Jones spent time with Pavel Hrubý, owner of HP TRADING Dobříš s.r.o., and his family team to learn more about how Prochem products are used and promoted in the Czech market.
“I was taken to meet several of Pavel’s customers,” Phil explains, “and it became clear how the Czech market differs from the UK. Commercial buildings still feature a lot of carpet for periodic maintenance, but in the domestic sector, hard floors and scatter rugs are much more common. There’s also noticeably higher demand for sofa and upholstery cleaning compared to the UK.”

Back at HP Trading’s warehouse in Dobříš, Phil joined Pavel for a short one-to-one practicalvtraining session, sharing the latest updates from the UK on new formulations, best practices, and application techniques.
