Cleaning products and training provider Prochem Europe has expanded its free-to-access technical support service
The Surrey-based innovator is an early adoptee of internet-based customer support.
In addition to its instructional short films, the company’s site at www.prochem.co.uk hosts safety data sheets and product specification sheets, a comprehensive stain removal guide, and many other free resources, including downloadable Information Sheets of commonly-asked cleaning questions and answers, are available on the Cleaning Technical Help page.

The site also hosts this year’s dates for Prochem’s popular training courses at its Chessington, Surrey headquarters.
Two Day Carpet Cleaning Courses to be held on 5/6th February, 9/10th April, 11/12th June, 24/25th September, 26/27th November; One Day Carpet Cleaning Courses on 26th February, 26th March, 30th April, 21st May, 25th June, 16th July, 3rd September, 15th October, 12th November, 10th December; One Day Upholstery Courses on 27th March, 22nd May, 17th July, 4th September, 13th November; and One Day Hard Floor Cleaning & Maintenance on 5th March, 14th May, 9th July, 10th September, 5th November. .
The Prochem Europe training programme covers all of today’s key carpet, floor and fabric cleaning disciplines.
