The UK’s leading showcase for all products and services used in the cleaning and support services industry hosts an extensive range of new technology and solutions from Prochem Europe this March.
Co-located with the IMHX materials handling event, the 2013 Cleaning Show (NEC Birmingham, 19-21 March) is set to be the largest so far, with over 200 specialist suppliers exhibiting, of which at least 50 will be at the show for the first time.
On Stand C70, Prochem is exhibiting a brand new portable carpet and upholstery extractor in the Endeavor.
Power, performance and convenience features include dual 6.6′ high performance, low noise vacuum motors; handle-mounted wheels for easy vehicle loading; top front-mounted controls; and new front-mounted wand stowage.
Prochem’s ultra-reliable 150 psi induction motor pump is standard (250psi version optional) as is a slide-in version of its advanced Heat ‘n’ Run inline stainless steel heat exchanger.
The Endeavor comes complete with hoses and 2-jet Glidemaster stainless steel wand and, as with all Prochem cleaning machines, a free training voucher to ensure users get the very best from them.
Dynamic offer
The lightest professional two-motor carpet cleaner ever built has been added to the Prochem Europe range in the new Dynamic 380E.
Equipped with a patented weight distribution system, both of this machine’s motors are housed in its base, with accessories located on the lower part of the suction body.
Simply install the DCS converter and in 10 seconds – with no tools needed – the Dynamic is ready to use as a dry compound brush unit to dry-clean rugs and carpets.
Weighing only 7.8 kilos, this versatile machine offers a cleaning width of 38 cm (14.9′) and comes with extension hose, telescopic wand, crevice tool, upholstery tool as standard.
Sprayer range expanded
Fans of the Birchmeier range of quality spraying equipment will be pleased to hear Prochem has extended distribution of the Swiss-built technology with the launch of the new Foam-Matic 1.25E and Foam-Matic 5E foam spraying units.
The Foam-Matic 1.25E is a pump-up hand sprayer with foam nozzle ideal for application of carpet and upholstery shampoo and detergent cleaners for hygiene, vehicles and vertical surfaces.
The Foam-Matic 5E is a professional quality polyethylene sprayer with foam lance and EPDM seals, suitable for the application of foaming alkaline detergent cleaners to vehicles, hygiene and vertical surfaces.
Chemical solutions on show
Also new on show, Prochem’s B104 Fibreclean is a spray maintenance cleaner for commercial carpets and upholstery offering a ‘no rinse’ soil-encapsulating formulation to clean carpets and wet-cleanable fabrics by spray and brush application; A275 Fibrefresh – a bio-enzymatic dual action carpet and fabric deodoriser with long lasting action; and E848 Ink Solv – a micro-emulsion spotter for permanent marker, ink, crayon, nail polish and PVA adhesive.
Meanwhile, Prochem’s award-winning Microsan® sanitiser and cleaner is being relaunched at the 2013 Cleaning Show with a fresh, new apple blossom fragrance.
Fully-compliant with the product biocidal efficacy data in the REACH and Biocidal Products Registrations, and EC registered anti-microbial multisurface sanitiser and cleaner, Microsan is effective against bacteria including MRSA and viruses including Hepatitis B and HIV.
