After a recent needs review for upscaling its carpet cleaning offer, Mrs Buckét has acquired two AX500 Prochem Galaxy machines, two GH3139 13’ Rotary machines with accessories and two AC1204 Powermate 1200 power brush accessories to attach to the Galaxy units, all in addition to a range of Prochem cleaning solutions.
Much of the decision making was facilitated after multiple demonstrations by Prochem Area Sales & Training Executive, Jon Ewing, travelled to South Wales to meet the team and some of their clients in order to best refine solutions to meet needs, the order then placed with Prochem dealer Newhall Janitorial in Cardiff.
“Mrs Buckét was looking to refine its approach to carpet cleaning and bid up for new commercial business hence a review of the technology and chemicals being used,” says director Stuart Powell.
“Prochem went the extra mile, meeting decisions makers, helping us to match solution to requirement, and provide the training necessary to get those out and onto the market.
“I understand that this customer has subsequently won new carpet cleaning business, so it’s a win, win all round!”
Mrs Buckét People Trainer, Jay Stolzenberg, also highlights the impact of the new equipment on daily operations.
