Callum’s All 4 U Carpets
Redundant last Christmas, trained by Prochem in January, Callum Evans at All 4 U Carpets has already picked up a national contract with disability care organisation, Achieve Together.
Colchester-based Callum was just back from Rowallan Care Home in Ilford, Essex where he had been delivering a successful carpet refresh across the lounges, bedrooms and hallways.
Callum has bought into the Prochem solutions ranges and he and his team got the job done with his brand new Steempro Powermax along with S709 Multi Pro as a pre-spray and S775 Extraction Plus, as their chosen cleaning rinse.
The deep cleaning achieved, they then sanitised the high traffic areas using B125 Clensan®, restoring freshness, hygiene and comfort for residents and staff.
Callum had picked up this systems approach from his carpet cleaning course at Prochem’s headquarters in Chessington.
“All 4 U group core values are quality, reliability and care so I realised I need to get up to speed on professional cleaning practice,” he relates.
“Prochem helped me achieve that so I’d go back to them for more training at a heartbeat!”
Looking ahead, Callum aims for expansion in the commercial sector, which already constitutes 70% of his work with two local estate agents now on the books. “My hopes are to capitalise on my work in the healthcare sector by becoming a specialist in this fast-growing field,” he says.
Meanwhile, back at Rowallan Care Home, manager Mark Stack heaped praises on what Callum has achieved.
“We really appreciated how thorough and respectful the team was. The carpets look fantastic and the home smells fresher too.”
